After placing your International Order online, we will contact you via e-mail with the shipping and handling charges. Should you have questions about making an International Order, please call 1-802-870-1437, or see our separate International Sales & Distributors page. (Payment for International orders must be in U.S. dollars, drawn from a U.S. bank.)
Additional shipping charges will be applied to shipments bound for Puerto Rico. Once you place your order online, we will contact you with a shipping quote. You may contact us by email or telephone at 1-800-687-6575.

Checking Order Status
After you place an online order, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation number and order total. If you have created an account on our website, you may sign in and check your order status under the "Order History" link.
